Bolang Gu Hand Drum Ensemble Guinness World Record

On 22 September 2012, under the witness of a Guinness World Records official in the UK, 1,651 people gathered under the bright sun to perform “Drumming Up Joy” together. The event was a spectacular display of unity and energy, successfully setting a new Guinness World Record. Special thanks go to the government bodies for their guidance, the Queensland Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce for their support, and to the overseas community, students, volunteers, and participants from all backgrounds. In multicultural Australia, we worked together to create a brilliant and colourful cultural milestone.
